What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry
  2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
  6. Thorough understanding of the real estate market and industry trends
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
