About the role

W Bridges Manpower Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing professional to join our team in Imus City, Cavite. This full-time role will be responsible for driving new business development within the Sales and New Business Development functions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify new Clients such at Malls, barangay & Village residents and other potential clients.
  2. Build strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Maintain Accurate records of sales activities and promote client interactions.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing teams & promoting E-Bike.
  5. Provide support to various teams or department if needed.
  6. Perform any other task that may assign from time to time by immediate Head/management.
  7. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
  8. Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
  9. Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  10. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in sales and new business development, preferably within the Sales industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
  3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  4. Creative and strategic thinking to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
