Monitoring and Analysis of daily employee attendance.
Recommend issuance of memos for tardiness or irregularities.
Processing of scheduled vacation leaves as endorsed by the direct superior of the requesting employee.
Monitoring and analysis of VL and SL.
Government Mandated Benefits
Processing of maternity benefits and other Gov.t benefits. Ensure complete documentation from the employee and ensure filing with appropriate agency SSS.
Loans from Government Agencies – continuously update and make sure all payments are posted.
Make sure all remittances are posted.
Monitor separated employees from the masterlist of government remittances.
Monitoring of Company Benefits:
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or any similar field
With at least 2 years experience in Compensation and Benefits
With extensive computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
With strong communication and interpersonal skills; good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Keen to details, with strong organizational skills and time management
Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
