The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization. This role ensures that the company attracts, sources, and hires the right talent in alignment with business needs, particularly in the fast-paced FMCG industry where speed, quality, and cultural fit are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and
- onboarding).
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline (job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, campus recruitment).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate
- experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, turnover).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and FMCG industry standards in all
- recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with the team onboarding and orientation of new hires for seamless integration
- into the company.
- Continuously research and recommend new tools, platforms, and practices to improve
- recruitment efficiency.
Qualifications, knowledge, skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment in FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
