Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with over 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, client-facing interactions, and strategic hiring initiatives. The Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in sourcing top talent, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Strategic Hiring: Partner with leadership to develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a client-facing or agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align hiring with business objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with accounting or financial services is a plus.
Benefits:
- $10 hourly salary
