Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for HR & Admin Head at DBC Homes in Iloilo City. The Human Resource Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the department such as recruitment, hiring, and managing the onboarding of new employees and the needs of existing employees. He or she will in charge of providing support to other department heads and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication to ensure the efficient operation of the HR department and the entire office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, Business Administration, Information Technology or its equivalent.
  • With at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent in decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
