  1. Renewal of company licenses, permits, registrations, and contracts must be on time.
  2. Proper filing and storage of documents.
  3. Safely keep of the warranty cards and original receipts of the office equipment purchased.
  4. Processes the amendments in incorporation and by-laws.
  5. Prepares certification such as but not limited to shareholders certificate and the like.
  6. Aids in the preparation of bidding documents for government biddings.
  7. Ensure that the company meets the government's compliance such as but not limited to fire inspection, building occupancy, and other related compliance.
  8. Safe keep all company registration documents, contracts, stockholder's information, shares certificates, and the like.
  9. Display and arrange the permits on the receiving area.
  10. Facilitate the notarization of legal documents such as but not limited to secretary's certificate, omnibus, and bid securing.
  11. Process the water, telephone, and electricity connection and bills.
  12. Renewal of company vehicle's insurance and permits.
  13. Monitor and arrange the bookings of company vehicle.
  14. Ensure that the company vehicle is used for official business only.
  15. Log and monitor the repairs and preventive maintenance of the company vehicle.
  16. Facilitate the repairs and preventive maintenance of the vehicle, staff house, building, and office equipment.
  17. Assist the Admin Head for the inventory and disposal of company owned furniture, fixtures, and office equipment.
  18. Ensure that the office is tidy and conducive to work at all times.
  19. Coordinate and collaborate with the HR Assistant for the teambuilding, Christmas party, Anniversary, and the like.
  20. Book travels of the employees, top management, stockholders, and official visitors.
  21. Facilitate the weekly, department heads, BOD, and the annual stock holders' meetings such as the venue, food, and reminding the attendees.
  22. Prepares minutes of the meeting or as required by the General Manager.
  23. Assist the departments for their administrative needs.
  24. Do other related tasks as directed by the Admin Head and the General Manager.
