Cebu2World Development Inc., a subsidiary of Megawide Corporation, is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Business Development Supervisor to support the company's growth initiatives through research, analysis, and the execution of new projects and partnerships. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be key in identifying market opportunities, developing partnerships, and supporting the planning and implementation of new business concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and scanning to identify growth opportunities, potential partners, and competitive trends.
  • Build financial models and projections for new business ventures to support investment decisions and ensure financial viability.
  • Analyze financial data and assumptions to evaluate risks, returns, and funding requirements for proposed projects.
  • Prepare industry trend reports, competitor analysis, and feasibility study inputs.
  • Develop and maintain a database of business opportunities and stakeholder information.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential partners, NGOs, LGUs, and community groups to build collaborative ventures.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, events, and community engagements relevant to business development.
  • Prepare and update business plans for new and existing ventures, including cost-benefit analysis and operational feasibility.
  • Provide inputs on CAPEX budgets and set revenue targets for commercial initiatives.
  • Track business development performance, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in business development, market research, or a related field.
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder coordination and public-private partnerships is an advantage.
  • Willing to work onsite at Carbon Market, Brgy. Ermita, Cebu City, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
