As the Branch Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving company operations and service development while making sure that monthly branch sales targets are met. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting employee training and performance evaluations,
  • Managing administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy,
  • Leading the team and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace environment,

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent course,
  • At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience,
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written),
  • Willingness to work onsite with office address at Office Location: Unit G-14 G/F, 4J Building, Sampaguita Suites, Gen. Maxilom Ave., Cebu City,

The salary for this role ranges from ₱25,000 to ₱30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
