About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Services Advisor to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Customer Services Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Working in a full-time, onsite position, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and efficient customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and effective manner
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed
  4. Updating customer information and maintaining accurate records
  5. Identifying and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  3. Adaptability and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
