What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer calls and queries across a range of customer service channels
  2. Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate and helpful information
  3. Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex queries as needed
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update customer information in our systems
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  6. Adhere to call handling targets and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally in the service industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  4. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Proficient in using computer systems and software
  6. Willingness to work in a night shift schedule
