We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service

Representative for Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling our

products to potential customers. As a Customer Service Representative for

Sales, you will be the first point of contact for customers, so you must be

able to communicate effectively and professionally in a positive

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat

support

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly

and professionally

  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed

customer information

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective

customer resolution

  • Meet or exceed customer service expectations and maintain

customer satisfaction

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service

processes and procedures

  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by management
  • Heavy data entry

Experience
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (BPO experience preferred).

Technical Skills
Strong computer literacy and experience with CRM tools or ticketing systems.

Non-Negotiables
Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.

Night shift availability (10 PM–7 AM PH Time).

Ability to work on site in Cebu City.

Bonus Points
Previous experience in upselling or cross-selling.

Familiarity with AI tools for customer engagement.
