The
Merchant Onboarding Analyst
is accountable for ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the onboarding process, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the prevention of merchant churn through proactive

monitoring and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Track merchants from initial lead through onboarding to post-sales, ensuring each step is timely and efficient.

  • Guide Sales and Relationship Managers, providing support for a smooth onboarding experience

  • Solicit and verify KYC/KYB documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Assist in technical onboarding for merchants and payment channels.

  • Conduct malware analysis and forensic investigation of security events

  • Work closely with Sales, Integration, Compliance, and Merchant Support to deliver a cohesive onboarding experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field

  • 1+ years in KYC/KYB or merchant onboarding, preferably in financial institutions.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), KYC/KYB, and AMLA assessment.

  • Familiar with CRM systems and merchant onboarding processes.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
