Overview

AF Home is launching a powerful new Affiliate & Merchant Onboarding Platform, and we're looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Intern to support the growth of our ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, organizing data, and helping build a fast-growing digital commerce community.

You will help onboard merchants, affiliates, and partners, assist with marketing campaigns, and support daily operations of our affiliate system.

Key Responsibilities

1. Affiliate & Merchant Onboarding

  • Assist in recruiting affiliates and merchant partners for the new AF Home platform.
  • Guide applicants through the registration and KYC process.
  • Collect and verify required onboarding documents (price lists, product details, IDs, photos, etc.).
  • Prepare and update onboarding spreadsheets, trackers, and internal forms.
  • Coordinate with the IT/Marketing Team for account activation and listing schedules.

2. Sales Support

  • Assist in responding to merchant and affiliate inquiries through FB Page, email, Viber, or TikTok.
  • Help explain the AF Home commission structure, product lines, and selling benefits.
  • Follow up with partners regarding missing documents or incomplete product submissions.
  • Work with the Sales Team to monitor merchant readiness and affiliate progress.

3. Marketing Assistance

  • Support the creation of content for social media and affiliate announcements.
  • Help collect product photos, descriptions, and specs from merchants.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials such as posters, captions, and educational content for affiliates.
  • Participate in campaign planning (promos, events, webinars, or affiliate orientations).

4. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain updated records of:
  • Merchant lists & onboarding status
  • Affiliate sign-ups & activity
  • Product submissions
  • Daily/weekly onboarding performance indicators
  • Prepare simple reports to summarize progress for internal meetings.

5. Admin & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Sales, Sourcing) to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Participate in sorting product catalogs, tagging items, and preparing files for uploads.
  • Help organize Zoom orientations, meetings, promotions, or onboarding sessions.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable handling spreadsheets.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok).
  • Driven, eager to learn, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
  • Basic Canva or editing skills
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing
  • Comfortable speaking to merchants and partners
