HR Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:
· Has experience in general management of the different facets of human resource management and development.
· Has direct experience in the process and management of the different facets of HR and payroll
· Can perform basic initial interviews and assessment of applicants and can perform document review of application blanks vs resumes.
· Can manage company's benefits program for both statutory and non-statutory programs.
· Can attend to all employee relations concerns, inquiries, requests pertaining to their employment status.
· Can manage the end-to-end process of administrative cases
· Has experience in designing organisational programs such as events, rituals and other company initiatives.
· Has experience in developing new processes and systems related to human resource.
· Can conduct training and can prepare basic training modules.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· With at least 5 years of experience in HR Management
· Must be a graduate of Management Courses, Psychology or HR is preferred.
· Experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
· Must be proficient in MS Office and other applications. Experience in HRIS is an advantage.
· Must be proficient in both written and oral English
