About the role

Here in Wee Community Deveopers, Inc., an ERP Software Support Analyst plays a critical role in the digital backbone of a real estate developer company by ensuring the smooth functioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP system integrates core business processes such as sales, accounting, finance, procurement, documentation, inventory, project management, and human resources — making the analyst a vital link between the system, users, and overall business operations.

What you'll do

  • Monitor and respond to open tickets submitted through an incident management system within the agreed Operational Level Agreement
  • Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents
  • Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to 3rd party maintenance support team
  • Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification
  • Test and verify fixes on test system prior to deployment in live sytem
  • Work collaboratively with Project Manager and Department Heads on change requests, managing issues and establishing priorities
  • Resolve system problems during non-business hours or backlogs by providing off-hours support as needed
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives
  • Ensure the performance of daily health checks of the applications, scripts, and infrastructure by I.T. department
  • Responsible for installing, configuring, and administering application servers
  • Review work log, customer feedback periodically with supervisor and other analysts and technicians, to identify and act on opportunities for improvement
  • Document software support activities thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with third-party vendor support teams and other stakeholders
  • Assist Project Manager in other ERP related activities such as training, creation and updating of documentation and data setup.
  • Assist Project Manager in other tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or any related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant is a plus
  • Knowledge in Business Process review
  • With at least four (4) years of related working experience
  • Knowledgeable in cloud computing
  • Fluency in supporting ERP Systems and Database Systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Highly organized, service and detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
