Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and managing the filing and documentation processes related to employee deductions (for both direct and agency employees), ensuring compliance with company policies. Ensure smooth flow of administrative processes and maintaining accurate organized documentation within the company. Oversee the procurement and distribution of office supplies and provide administrative support to various department.
Education Requirement:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or any related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in document management, administration or a similar role.
Experience working with employee deductions, payroll or human resources is an advantage
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office application and familiarity with document management system
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across department
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php24, Php25,000.00 per month
