We are looking for a Marketing and Outreach Executive to take ownership of our cold email outreach campaigns. This role is essential to building our global sales pipeline, generating leads, and securing meetings with potential clients.
Role Overview
The Marketing and Outreach Executive will be responsible for launching, monitoring, and managing 15–20 cold email campaigns daily via and , targeting prospects worldwide. You will use a provided cold prospect list, insert provided templates, and ensure every campaign runs smoothly through a structured 12-step email sequence.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and the ability to track leads, book meetings, and update CRM systems (HubSpot) in real time.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Launching & Management
- Set up, configure, and launch 15–20 cold email campaigns per day across global markets (200+ countries).
- Use outreach platforms and ) to schedule and send campaigns.
- Insert and format pre-approved 12-step email templates into campaigns.
- Ensure correct prospect lists, sender accounts, and targeting are applied for each campaign.
2. Monitoring & Performance Tracking
- Monitor campaign performance daily (open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates).
- Troubleshoot deliverability issues and flag any irregularities to managers.
- A/B test subject lines, templates, and sending times to improve results.
3. Lead & Meeting Management
- Track all responses and leads from campaigns in real time.
- Qualify interested prospects and book discovery calls/meetings for Sales Executives.
- Update and manage lead data in HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean and accurate records.
4. Reporting & Optimisation
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on campaign numbers, performance, and outcomes.
- Recommend improvements to increase engagement and meeting booking rates.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to refine targeting, messaging, and sequencing.
5. Collaboration & Communication
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach with overall company strategy.
- Attend daily huddles and provide progress updates.
- Communicate effectively across time zones and with global prospects.
RequirementsWork Schedule
- Full-time remote/offshore position.
- You will be working 6 AM – 6 PM Philippines Time
Technical Setup
- Reliable computer/laptop capable of managing multiple campaigns.
- High-speed internet connection with backup option.
Skills & Experience
- Experience with cold email outreach platforms (Instantly, SmartReach, Lemlist, Apollo, Mailshake, or similar).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step processes.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Comfortable working with large datasets of global prospects.
- Strong English communication (written and spoken).
Performance Expectations
- Launch 15–20 campaigns per day (consistently and accurately).
- Maintain deliverability standards (low bounce rates, strong open/reply rates).
- Generate qualified leads daily/weekly.
- Book a steady flow of sales meetings for Sales Executives.
- Keep HubSpot CRM 100% up to date with accurate data.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in digital marketing, outreach, or lead generation roles.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices (warm-up, domain rotation, sender health).
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns across multiple markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to optimise campaigns for results.
