Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record in sales and business development across Telecommunications, ICT, Banking, IT, Internet, Enterprise and System Integration sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients in Telco, ICT, Banking, Internet, Enterprise and System Integration industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing proactive support and strategic guidance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management within Telco, ICT, Banking, IT, Internet, Enterprise or System Integrations.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in solution selling and enterprise-level account management.
  • Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation trends.
  • Bachelor's degree graduate

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • IT Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
