Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative at Solar Company, a leading provider of solar energy solutions in the Philippines. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by engaging with potential customers in the Santa Cruz Manila City Metro Manila area and converting them into loyal clients. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will play a crucial part in our mission to promote sustainable energy and help businesses and homeowners make the switch to solar power.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the local community
  2. Arranging and conducting in-person meetings and presentations to educate customers on the benefits of solar energy
  3. Assessing customer needs and proposing tailored solar energy solutions to meet their requirements
  4. Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience
  5. Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales leads and continuously working to expand your customer network
  6. Providing post-sale support and addressing any customer queries or concerns
  7. Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to drive the company's growth strategy

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is required for this position
  2. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the renewable energy or home improvement industry
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
  4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome customer objections and close sales
  5. Motivated self-starter with a keen interest in sustainability and renewable energy solutions
  6. Familiarity with the local market and understanding of the competitive landscape
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
