List of Key Responsibilities:

● Reach and exceed monthly retail and promotional goals.

● Target-driven sales experience required to achieve retail and promotional objectives.

● Proactively upsell services, add-ons, memberships, and retail products.

Track client pre-booking rates and contribute to spa revenue targets.

● Promote spa events, features, and seasonal promotions.

● Answer telephones and schedule appointments with professionalism and care.

● Orient new clients with spa facilities and provide formal spa tours.

● Ensure an exceptional, 5-star client experience from arrival to departure.

● Follow up with clients post-service to encourage rebooking, reviews, and retail purchases.

● Contact lost or inactive clients via phone/email to incentivise their return.

● Handle client concerns or complaints promptly and escalate to management when needed.

● Perform professional makeup touch-ups when required.

● Maintain detailed knowledge of the spa's menu and add-on services to optimise bookings.

● Ensure resources are booked accurately and avoid overbooking conflicts.

● Support reception team with client check-in, check-out, and escorting clients to treatment areas.

● Assist spa attending team with daily operational tasks as needed.

● Support onboarding/training of new front desk staff when required.

● Assist with social media content, including Instagram stories, reels, TikTok, and Planoly scheduling.

● Capture and share content that highlights promotions, events, and client experiences (as permitted).

● Complete accurate transactions for services, retail, and memberships.

● Balance POS, cash handling, and end-of-day reports.

● Maintain updated client information in booking software.

● Maintain inventory line with up-to-date counts, discrepancy reports, and monthly audits.

List of General Responsibilities:

● Uphold all spa policies, protocols, and professional standards.

● Ensure the front desk and client areas are clean, organised, and welcoming.

● Conduct facility walk-throughs to monitor cleanliness and readiness.

● Assist management team with projects or tasks as needed.

● Maintain confidentiality with client and business information.
