We're looking for a 
Clinic Front Desk Officer
 to be the welcoming face of our clinic — someone who is organized, personable, and dedicated to supporting both patients and healthcare professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Summary:

The Clinic Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing appointments, and assisting with daily operations to ensure smooth workflow in the chiropractic clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional approach
  • Manage appointments, calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate patient records and process payments
  • Coordinate with chiropractors to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Keep the reception area organized and clinic supplies stocked
  • Handle basic admin tasks and address patient inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any medical course, preferably BS Nursing or BS Physical Therapy (underboard accepted)
  • Experience in reception, customer service, or healthcare admin is a plus
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic software
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
