Summary of Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Reservation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent support to our clients, helping them navigate our Business Travel Platform and ensuring their corporate travel needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. While phone calls will not be required, you will need to communicate effectively and clearly via email and chat, providing timely, written support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting platform issues, and offering expert advice on bookings, policies, and travel compliance.

Primary Tasks

● Provide outstanding customer support via email, phone (messaging), and live chat, ensuring inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

● Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services using our platform and various GDS systems (Amadeus, Travelport/Galileo).

● Offer guidance on travel policy compliance, blended travel (combining business & leisure), and expense management to ensure smooth and accurate bookings.

● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bookings, expenses, platform functionality, and travel policies.

● Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all communications and requests are logged accurately.

● Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or policy-related issues as needed.

● Continuously learn about new platform features and updates to provide accurate and current information to customers.

Potential Additional Tasks (If any)

● Assist with occasional ad-hoc tasks or after-hours support when required, particularly during peak travel periods or critical business operations.

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

● Demonstrated experience with Amadeus -

● Demonstrated experience with Travelport (Galileo) -

● Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the travel industry or with experience using Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

● Knowledge of corporate travel policies, expense management, and duty of care is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
