  • Coordinate and manage all import and export activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal trade regulations and customs requirements.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents including invoices, packing list, and bill of lading.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve and delay issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain process.
  • Responsible for accurate tariff classification, lodgement of shipments.
  • Submitting shipping documents to customs or brokers for customs processing.
  • ü Assist in computation, filling and payment of Bureau of Customs duties and taxes.
  • Inform logistics arm and clients when a potential demmurage or detention event could occur.
  • Perform other duties activities that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
