Role Overview

Join our dynamic team at Solo Services Group Pty Ltd as a PHP Laravel Programmer, bringing your expertise in PHP development and Laravel framework. As a key member of our growing team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative web solutions. Your focus on PHPUnit testing ensures the reliability and functionality of our codebase, contributing to the seamless performance of our web applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our development team to develop and maintain high-quality web-based applications using PHP and Laravel.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement website designs.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve defects and issues that arise.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality of the code.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing using PHPUnit to ensure code reliability and functionality

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 year of experience in Laravel development, with a focus on Laravel framework.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Good understanding of database concepts and MySQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with PHPUnit or similar testing frameworks for PHP.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
