Role Overview
We are looking for a natural leader who will be pivotal as a market maker and mover in a global setting. The role entails helping the firm secure new business opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and drive innovative product solutions tailored for international markets. Bring in new clients and net income from diverse markets across the world, with a focus on the USA, Australia, UK, Germany, and beyond. The ideal candidate will bridge operational excellence with strategic vision, ensuring brilliant execution across growth initiatives.
A business or marketing degree is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Partnerships
● Identify and advance business opportunities in international markets, focusing on, but not limited to, the following categories: personal care, home care, and health & nutrition
● Develop global markets through in-depth brand understanding and category analysis–creating tailor-fit product pitches aligned to client needs
● Spearhead lead generation down to conversion, creating partnerships that stem from international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
● Build and nurture lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, brands, and key
strategic partners within their organizations–with exposure to global business leaders
and entrepreneurs
B2B sales experience is essential for securing new business opportunities across international markets.
Extensive global experience is required to effectively develop and manage international market opportunities.
Strategy & Innovation
● Maintain pulse on global market trends and collaborate with the market intelligence team to identify white spaces and growth opportunities
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute product
innovations customized per market and customer
● Challenge conventional approaches by introducing fresh and out-of-the-box solutions for brand and product growth
Execution & Project Management
● Oversee end-to-end network of business development initiatives, from product ideation down to launch
● Ensure seamless coordination and communication between relevant stakeholders to
maximize efficiency and optimize speed-to-market
● Track and report progress of projects, identifying potential risks and opportunities
proactively
Leadership & Team Collaboration
● Work closely with the Business Development Assistant Manager and Lead to unite
customer needs with organizational goals
● Actively contribute ideas in team discussions and strategic planning sessions
● Manage relevant stakeholders within the organisation to ensure operational excellence and positive overall team rapport

Experience and Skills
● Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG/CPG Sales, Trade Marketing, and/or Business
Development
A minimum of 2-3 years of business development experience is required for this position.
● Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives
simultaneously
● Demonstrated operational excellence, with a strategic, big-picture mindset
● Natural curiosity to maintain a pulse on trends across different product categories,
translating trends into business opportunities
● Analytical, with an affinity for data storytelling coupled with recommended actionable
strategies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
