Position Summary:

The Brand Gaming team is seeking a strategic and results-driven marketing leader to attract and acquire gaming customers across mass, premium, and VIP segments. This role focuses on driving interest in Solaire's gaming experience, increasing property visits, and converting prospects into Solaire Rewards members. Once enrolled, customer lifecycle management transitions to Casino Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute acquisition campaigns targeting non-members and high-value regional markets.
  • Create compelling brand messaging, promotions, and experiences to drive trial and first-time play.
  • Lead marketing efforts for new gaming product launches in collaboration with Gaming Operations.
  • Design and optimize conversion strategies to grow Solaire Rewards membership.
  • Align with Digital, PR, Events, and Marketing Services to maximize campaign impact.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify high-opportunity segments and track campaign performance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in brand management, preferably in gaming/casino, integrated resorts, or hospitality industries.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in brand marketing within gaming, hospitality, or integrated resorts.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Results-oriented with a keen eye for detail and creative execution.
