We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager .The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a data-driven marketer who understands gaming trends, community engagement, and digital marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote online gaming products and brand visibility across multiple platforms.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns (including social media, influencer collaborations, paid ads, and content marketing) to attract new players and retain existing users.
  • Analyze player data and campaign performance to optimize marketing ROI and improve user engagement.
  • Coordinate with game developers, community managers, and design teams to align marketing activities with product launches and updates.
  • Manage brand identity to ensure consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and player feedback to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with affiliates and partners to expand reach and strengthen promotional efforts.
  • Lead promotional events and online campaigns, such as tournaments, giveaways, and community-driven content.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, newsletters, and press releases related to gaming products.
  • Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management review and future planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the online gaming industry.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, and community management.
  • Strong understanding of gamer behavior, online communities, and esports ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and influencer marketing platforms.
  • Excellent creative thinking, communication, and project management skills.
  • Passion for gaming and familiarity with popular genres, platforms, and emerging trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with game launch campaigns or live service (F2P) titles.
  • Familiarity with Twitch, Discord, TikTok, and other gaming communities.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Background in brand partnerships or sponsorship management.
