Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen Ladurée's brand presence, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This role oversees brand positioning, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, partnerships, and events, ensuring alignment with the brand's luxury image and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand & Strategy

  • Develop and implement marketing plans consistent with Ladurée's global brand identity.
  • Maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

2. Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and store promotions.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, both digital and offline.
  • Coordinate with operations and sales to maximize campaign effectiveness.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage the brand's online presence, including social media platforms and website content.
  • Develop engaging digital campaigns to reach new and existing audiences.
  • Monitor analytics and optimize strategies to drive traffic and conversions.

4. Partnerships & Events

  • Build partnerships with luxury brands, media, and influencers aligned with Ladurée's image.
  • Plan and execute events (PR launches, VIP tastings, collaborations) to enhance visibility.
  • Ensure consistent communication with global HQ for brand-aligned initiatives.

5. Reporting & Budgeting

  • Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently while ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Present insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury retail, F&B, or hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with ability to innovate and elevate brand experience.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media management.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills; able to manage projects end-to-end.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with keen attention to detail.
