
Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing efforts, from brand strategy to campaign execution, to ensure a successful launch and ongoing promotion of the company. This role involves building and managing a marketing team, establishing the restaurant's online and offline presence, and creating compelling content to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, project management, and creative skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and CRM systems.
- Passion for food, restaurants, and creating memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to build brand awareness and drive traffic to Gastronova.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, for the restaurant's pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operations.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Establish and grow Gastronova's presence across social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create and manage engaging content that showcases the restaurant's unique offerings, events, and ambiance.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with followers to build an online community.
Brand Development & Public Relations
- Craft a strong brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Develop partnerships with local influencers, bloggers, and food critics to increase visibility.
- Organize and execute press events, tastings, and media engagements to create buzz for the grand opening.
Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs
- Create initiatives to boost customer engagement, loyalty, and word-of-mouth referrals.
- Implement email marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and membership programs to drive repeat visits.
Performance Tracking & Budget Management
- Set KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and report on ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget, optimizing spending to maximize reach and engagement.
- Use analytics tools to track website traffic, social media metrics, and customer feedback for ongoing improvements.
