Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives and working closely with the sales team to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote Q2 HR Solutions and its services
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and create targeted campaigns
- Manage all marketing activities, including advertising, social media, email marketing, and events
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed
- Create and manage marketing budgets and track ROI
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and industry partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Q2 HR Solutions remains competitive in the market
- Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and present them to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus
