Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the brand presence of Japonesa and Alamat. The role focuses on creating campaigns that drive customer engagement, boost sales, and enhance brand identity across both outlets. The Marketing Manager will oversee digital and offline marketing, partnerships, events, and promotional activities while ensuring alignment with each restaurant's unique brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for both Japonesa and Alamat to achieve business goals.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid ads) tailored to each outlet.
- Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to design seasonal promotions, menu launches, and special events.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to guide marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of content (photos, videos, copywriting) for digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Manage relationships with influencers, PR agencies, and media partners to maximize brand exposure.
- Organize and promote in-house events, collaborations, and activations to attract new and repeat customers.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently while ensuring strong ROI from campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with brand standards and F&B regulations.
- Support corporate branding initiatives and contribute to overall business development strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (at least 3–5 years), ideally in F&B & hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Experience handling multiple brands/outlets simultaneously is an advantage.
- Ability to build strong partnerships and manage external stakeholders (influencers, agencies, suppliers).
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic F&B environment.
- Knowledge of current dining and lifestyle trends, particularly in Filipino and fusion cuisine, is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
