Job description:

  1. Ensures achievement of assigned production targets in support of the goals and objectives of Marketing Department.

  2. Assists in conducting business and product presentation to existing and prospective clients.

  3. Ensures the completion of the following in relation to New Business, Renewal and Endorsement:

    a. Release of Renewal Notice/Renewal Advice to the client in accordance with the Department's turnaround time.

    b. Completion of required Underwriting information.

    c. Negotiations to improve Company profitability.

    d. Arrangement of internal work processes and requirements including monitoring and follow-up for completion/approval of quotations from Underwriters.

    e. Timely delivery of policies and Statement of Accounts to assured.

    f. Monitoring of premium payment and coordination of collection from clients.

    g. Filing and safekeeping of documents.

    h. Compliance with turnaround time.

  4. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate immediate completion of requirements by both external and internal clients.

  5. Handles or resolves customer concerns promptly and accordingly.

  6. Assists in facilitating settlement or resolution of claims and in supporting accident response.

  7. Actively participates in marketing campaigns, initiatives, and projects.

  8. Provides support in the preparation of reports as may be required.

  9. Performs other duties assigned as may be assigned from time to time.

    Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree

  • More than 3 years of work experience in related field i.e. Marketing/Sales in non-life insurance industry)

  • Adequate knowledge of various non-life insurance products

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Excellent customer-service orientation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
