  • Conduct direct sales and business development with developers (main responsibility).
  • KPI management to reach the company target.
  • Identify and approach new clients while also re-engaging existing accounts.
  • You will be provided with a list of major developers, but you are also encouraged to utilize your own network and connections.
  • Primary coverage will be the Metro Manila area, with occasional business trips to Cebu (around once a month).
  • A company vehicle will be available for sales activities. If unavailable, Grab expenses will be reimbursed by the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree (any faculty is fine, but business related would be better)
  • Sales Experience in the same industry (bathroom fixtures, sanitary ware and bathroom products) for at least 5 years.
  • Managerial experience
  • Strong connection with Developers/ Client.
  • Onsite work in Makati (Day shift)
