We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is not only skilled in driving new business opportunities but also has a strong finance and analytical background. This role goes beyond the usual sales-focused BDM—it requires someone who can combine business growth strategies with financial analysis and project management expertise to support real estate development and expansion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- A business-minded professional with both strategic growth and financial acumen
- Someone who can analyze data, build business cases, and support management in making sound investment decisions
- A collaborator who can work closely with stakeholders while ensuring opportunities are financially viable and aligned with company goals
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred), or related courses such as BS Math or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in the real estate industry
- Proven track record in business development or project management
- Strong background in financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present complex information clearly
