Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain market projections, industry trends, and technology updates
- Prepare and monitor sales forecasts, reports, and inventory
- Execute business plans, positioning strategies, and competitor analysis
- Ensure GP targets are met; create recovery plans if needed
- Manage inventory, billing, invoices, receivables, and shipping status
- Support product launches, provide product updates, and facilitate seminars
- Handle quotations, customer requests, and identify new sales opportunities
- Lead project management and coordinate with supporting teams
- Monitor and liquidate expenditures
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electromechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales or Marketing
- Strong decision-making, financial, and accounting skills
- Background in Engineering/Microelectronics/Chemical industries
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Can start immediately
Key Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of Semiconductor, Electronics, and Manufacturing industries
- Ability to generate leads and close deals
- Develop customer strategies and maintain relationships
- Achieve sales targets and objectives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
