Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand both current and future business processes across the organization.
  • Gather and document business needs and requirements; prepare business cases for projects.
  • Participate in project and portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Recommend improvements to existing business systems and IT processes.
  • Influence stakeholders in adopting new technologies and strategies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, managing risks, issues, scope, quality, and communication.
  • Delegate tasks to team members and provide timely updates on progress and milestones.
  • Track scope changes, assess their impact, and recommend adjustments to the project manager.
  • Maintain accurate cost records, monitor expenses, and perform cost variance analysis.
  • Provide detailed and timely analysis of project costs and schedules, suggesting corrective actions when needed.
  • Address project risks and issues, including risk analysis and impact assessments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for updates and assess their impact on project timelines.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, such as early project completion and budget optimizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Familiar with project management tools (Zoho, MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.) and basic SQL.
  • Experienced in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Skilled in diagramming tools (MS Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
  • Project Management certifications (PMI, Prince2, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
  • Strong background in preparing detailed reports and analysis.
