Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Information Security Analyst to join our BPO team. The role is responsible for maintaining and improving the company's information security posture in alignment with ISO 27001 standards. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of information security frameworks, and the ability to implement effective security controls and compliance measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, internal audits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to security standards and policies.
  • Monitor and analyze potential security incidents and vulnerabilities.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing security policies, procedures, and awareness programs.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure security measures are integrated into business processes.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to audits, incidents, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (Information Technology, Computer Science, or related courses preferred).
  • ISO 27001 Certification is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Information Security Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ISO 27001 implementation and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and assigned to Pasig or Taguig sites.
