Human Resources Generalist

We're looking for an energetic, experienced HR Generalist (2+ years) who can hit the ground running. You'll take ownership of core HR operations, help scale our people practices, and ensure Dreamando remains a place where employees feel supported, challenged, and inspired. You'll serve as a bridge between strategy and execution: helping define policies, drive recruitment, foster development, and ensure compliance — all while maintaining our warm, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for (but not limited to):
• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Lead full-cycle recruitment: write job descriptions, post roles, screen CVs, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers.
• Ensure onboarding is smooth: paperwork, orientation, integrating new hires into culture.
• Employee Relations & Culture
• Act as point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, feedback.
• Help cultivate Dreamando's culture: promote open communication, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement.
• Performance Management & Development
• Implement and maintain performance review processes.
• Identify training / development needs, coordinate learning programs.
• HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain HR records, ensure data integrity, manage reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, contracts, policies.
• Compensation & Benefits Administration
• Assist in administering payroll, benefits, leave, etc.
• Benchmark market pay, help propose salary bands, perks.
• HR Strategy & Improvement
• Contribute to refining HR policies, tools, systems.
• Use data (turnover, engagement, hiring metrics) to propose improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience (generalist or multi-HR function role) in a dynamic / fast-growing organization.
• Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and building/maintaining employee engagement or culture programs.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws & HR compliance in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), with ability to interface across levels (executives, managers, staff).
• High emotional intelligence; good at conflict resolution and giving & receiving feedback.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable with metrics, reporting, using HRIS or similar tools.
• Bonus if you have experience in remote/hybrid work settings, international teams, or education / EdTech sector.
