Your Mission

  • Full-cycle recruiting
    – source, screen, interview, close, and onboard project-management professionals.
  • Stakeholder liaison
    – keep hiring managers up-to-date and coach them on best-practice selection.
  • Process ownership
    – schedule interviews, prep panels, manage ATS data, and craft offer packs.
  • People programs
    – roll out training, performance-review cycles, and improvement plans.
  • Policy & compliance
    – refresh handbooks, ensure labor-law alignment, and resolve employee queries.
  • Culture catalyst
    – drive engagement initiatives that reinforce teamwork and delivery excellence.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years
    end-to-end recruitment (project / program-management talent a plus).
  • Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Polished written & verbal English; crisp communicator who builds trust fast.
  • Eagle-eye for detail, bullet-proof organisation, and a "yes-and" attitude.
  • Adaptable self-starter who juggles competing reqs without breaking a sweat.
