We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team

Wear Felicity is a fast-growing jewelry brand that helps people celebrate what they love most. We design and deliver meaningful, personalized pieces that connect to our customers' passions.

Job Role:

We're hiring a full-time Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional email and live-chat support. You'll be the voice of Wear Felicity—solving problems quickly, educating customers on our products, and ensuring every interaction feels thoughtful and human. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and detail oriented attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide detail oriented customer support.

Requirements:

  • PC or Mac
  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use cellular data (hot spot)
  • High speed internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download speed for optimal performance (you can test your connection at a site like )

Home Environment and Work Space:

  • Dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with its own door
  • Adequate space to set up the workstation
  • Personal disruptions are not allowed during scheduled hours and should not be audible in background noise. This includes but not limited to:
  • Children playing
  • Dogs barking
  • Loud music
  • Non-work-related phone calls
  • Doorbells
  • Family members/roommates
