Join a premium residential and commercial electrical services team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). Be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them with professionalism, care, and confidence from the initial call through to scheduled appointments.
Rate: $5/hr
Setup: 100% Remote
Schedule: US Time Zone | Full-Time
Position Summary
We're seeking a confident and results-driven Customer Service Representative who thrives on helping people and delivering top-quality service. In this role, you will handle inbound/outbound calls, explain service offerings, qualify leads, and ensure smooth scheduling. You'll play a key role in representing our client's premium brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from potential and existing customers
- Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and inquiries
- Explain premium electrical services and offerings with confidence
- Convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments
- Accurately document interactions, lead status, and outcomes in CRM
- Identify and filter quality leads from cold/non-converting ones
- Support customer satisfaction follow-ups and post-service communication
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficient in English (verbal & written) with excellent phone presence
- Previous customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
- Experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or home service industries a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call-tracking software
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office software
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
