  1. Managing Cluster/Community Performance

  2. Complete weekly coaching sessions and call audits.

  3. Complete weekly huddles and come up with Team strategy to achieve operational goals.

  4. Partner with Operations Manager on Continuous Improvement activities, training and action plans.

  5. Client Advocate

  6. Accomplish weekly deliverables, such as:

  7. Coaching compliance inclusive of RCAs and action Plans

  8. Team attendance infraction insights through internal Sutherland attendance tool.

  9. Provide ideas that can help the client improve their product, business, processes and/or policies.

  10. People Management

  11. Set up accountability discussions on attendance and performance challenges.

  12. Determine training needs to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.
  13. Keep employees in the loop for any internal and external updates.
