We're looking for a motivated Associate Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, provide administrative support to our account team, and help drive client satisfaction and retention.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients (such as individuals)
  • Provide ongoing support and education to help clients maximise their use of BGL products
  • Handle phone, email, and live chat inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Process administrative tasks, account modifications, license adjustments, and payments
  • Support account managers by updating the CRM, preparing reports, and following up on client issues
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or add additional products to existing clients
  • Monitor non-renewals and failed payments; resolve issues to maximize retention
  • Provide a smooth onboarding experience for new clients alongside the Client Success team
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Outgoing, motivated, and able to connect with a range of clients
  • Familiar with administrative tasks, CRM, and Microsoft Excel
  • Willingness to learn and grow within account management
  • General knowledge of accounting or SMSF (desired but not essential)
