About the role

Kintetsu World Express Phils., Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in our Clark office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to understand their evolving needs and deliver tailored logistics solutions
  2. Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts by cross-selling complementary services
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and address any client concerns in a timely manner
  4. Prepare and present detailed proposals, contract negotiations and regular performance reports
  5. Actively participate in business development activities, such as client visits, industry events and networking
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and account management best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1-3years of experience in account management or sales within the logistics or a related industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key client accounts
  3. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  4. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyse complex client requirements
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  6. Familiarity with the local and international logistics industry, regulations and best practices
  7. Willingness to travel to meet client needs as required
