Job Summary:

Drives project sales and client relationships for aluminum and glass systems — from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new clients in construction, architecture, and property sectors
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for aluminum and glass products
  • Coordinate with the technical team for design, costing, and installation schedules
  • Negotiate and close sales while maintaining long-term client partnerships
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and project opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Experience in aluminum, glass, or construction materials sales (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of window and door systems, profiles, or façade works is an advantage
  • Organized, target-driven, and comfortable working with contractors and site teams
  • With driver's license and willing to do client visits
