I. JOB DESCRIPTION

A clinic manager they are responsible for coordinating and overseeing all administration procedures and supervision of all clinic staff. The clinic manager should be patient, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking. Ultimately, an outstanding clinic manager should be able to communicate effectively with veterinarians, staff members and pet owners as well as demonstrate exceptional management, organizational and customer service skills.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Overseeing the daily operations of the clinic

· Responsible for leading the daily and administrative functions.

· Auditing of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) per branch.

· Developing and implementing an effective inventory control system to ensure that necessary office supplies are ordered in a timely manner.

· Create guidelines for improvements and development of the clinic.

· Implementing policy changes if needed.

· Supervision of all clinic coordinators and leading staff meetings.

· Responsible for training new and existing employees.

· Direct reporting to top management

· Ensuring that pet owners' complaints are promptly addressed and resolved.

· Assure that clinical staff have the support needed to prevent, minimize, and solve clinical and ethical issues that arise.

· Monitoring of employee schedule

· Overseeing sales report

· Drafting budget

III. QUALIFICATIONS

· College Graduate

· Bachelor's or associate's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is advantageous.

· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

· Ability to multitask.

· Excellent management, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

· Strong problem-solving, administrative, and organizational skills.

· Effective communication skills.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Detail-oriented, patient, and empathetic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
