Qualifications:

Education:

  • Experience in multi-specialty clinics or multi-branch operations is a plus

Preferred Certifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma (Green or Yellow Belt) – not required, but a plus

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Proficient in clinic management software and Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of clinic workflows, patient record systems, and inventory control

  • Skilled in conflict resolution, customer service, and performance analysis

Work Set Up: Onsite, 5 working days in a week.
