Qualifications:
Education:

Experience:

At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience in multi-specialty clinics or multi-branch operations is a plus
Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Preferred Certifications:
- Lean Six Sigma (Green or Yellow Belt) – not required, but a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Proficient in clinic management software and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of clinic workflows, patient record systems, and inventory control
Skilled in conflict resolution, customer service, and performance analysis
Work Set Up: Onsite, 5 working days in a week.
