We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinic Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operational workflows, compliance with healthcare regulations, financial sustainability, and high standards of patient care. This role also involves staff management, patient experience enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (required)

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting

  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

  • Experience in multi-specialty clinics or multi-branch operations is a plus

  • Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and compliance standards

Preferred Certifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma (Green or Yellow Belt) – not required, but a plus

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Proficient in clinic management software and Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of clinic workflows, patient record systems, and inventory control

  • Skilled in conflict resolution, customer service, and performance analysis

Work Set Up: Onsite, 5 working days in a week.
