Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Victoria Skin Laser Care Center Inc.

  2. Ensure clinic processes are followed in accordance with company standards and regulatory compliance.

  3. Develop and implement operational protocols and service workflows for efficiency.

  4. Monitor inventory levels of medical/aesthetic supplies and equipment.

5.Supervise and lead derma and aesthetic personnel, including dermatologists, aestheticians, therapists, and support staff.

  1. Conduct regular training, evaluations, and performance reviews.

  2. Foster a positive, professional, and patient-focused work culture.

  3. Ensure delivery of high-quality aesthetic and dermatological services.

  4. Address patient complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

  5. Implement and monitor customer satisfaction programs and service feedback systems.

11.Work closely with senior management to develop business strategies, sales targets, and promotional campaigns.

  1. Analyze performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., patient volume, sales targets, treatment conversion rates).

  2. Recommend service enhancements and new aesthetic treatments based on trends and demand.

  3. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

  4. Maintain up-to-date licensing, certifications, and records for the clinic and staff.

  5. Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH), FDA, and other regulatory bodies.

  6. Prepare and submit regular reports on clinic performance, operational concerns, and patient feedback.

  7. Provide insights and recommendations to executive management based on operational trends and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or any related field (preferably with clinical background).

  2. At least 5 years of experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinic operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.

  3. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

  4. Proficient in clinic management systems and Microsoft Office tools.

  5. Knowledgeable in dermatology/aesthetic procedures, skincare products, and customer care best practices.

  6. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
