Overview

We are expanding our Clinical Vertical and are seeking an experienced Clinical Senior Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This is a rare opportunity for a USRN-licensed leader to manage high-performing teams in the healthcare BPO space, with direct impact on operations and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale teams within the Utilization Management (UM) vertical.
  • Drive performance excellence, compliance, and quality standards across clinical operations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define strategies and execute growth initiatives.
  • Monitor key metrics, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver operational success.
  • Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with Active USRN License (Compact License preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Senior Operations Manager in a contact center/BPO setting.
  • Proven experience managing teams handling Utilization Management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Bridgetowne (with potential support for other locations).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive pay: 20–25% increase from current salary (range: PHP 90,000–120,000 depending on assessment and approved total rewards).
  • Night differential, HMO coverage, allowances, and performance-based incentives.
